Important 10GBASE-T Copper Cable Notice
This is a 10G SFP+ 10GBASE-T RJ45 copper module, compliant with IEEE 802.3ab, SFP+ MSA, SFF-8431 and SFF-8472 standards. For full 10Gbps transmission up to 30m, Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a twisted-pair copper cables are required; up to 100m is supported over Cat6a at 1Gbps. Cat5 or lower-grade cables will reduce transmission speed and distance. Fiber cables are not compatible. Supports auto-negotiation and auto-MDI/MDI-X for plug-and-play compatibility with Palo Alto PAN-OS. Note: For PA-5400 series devices, ensure SFP+ ports are configured correctly for 10Gbps operation and avoid improper port remapping.
